Needto take long breath after 1/2 Minute
I have taken Rdrive and Deriphynillin-m from family doc for 3days after that consulted with pulmologist and taken rablet-d and ab-flo for 5 days .arter that ganaton total only 2 dosage .. I had some relaxation in breathing ...but i have to take long breath after One two minutes . I dont have cough cold fever ... No pain in chest ..I can hold the breath and can do yoga like anulom vilom too and doing this too. Daily used to take steam inhalation.. so when i think about brething i need to take long breath otherwise it feel relaxed rarely..my chest xray is normal PFA .now I m not on any medication just takes gelosil syrup after dinner only and take shwasari kwath as ayurvedic treatment..doc said that Ita due to anxiety and acidity but I dont have any hypertention my heart beats is also normal... While sleeping i dont feel any issue ..it happens only when I used to walk or I used seat  & while working and playing mobile game..when i think it happens and those thought are living longer.

Please get done vitamin D levels..low vit D can cause these non specific problems
