Negative approach towards life
My approach towards everything is negative, which has increased as I grow up. This is my 3rd job and used to crib since I have started my career. Even in graduation and I in MBA I used to crib alot about everything. I hate changes and love loneliness. I used to enjoy time with myself and avoid meeting people. I avoid meeting and talking to my relatives as I think I am a looser and If I meet them I pretend to them as If I am a sucessful guy. Most of the things I do is to convince others that I am not a looser but doing a wonderful work in my life. there is no personal life as such of mine and used to sleep whole Sundays or go in a ride alone in my bike. I am 30 and still unmarried and doesn't want to marry because I think I am not capable enough to make someone happy. I used to criticize myself now and then. I won't go for suicide as my parents are dependent on me but don't want to live this worthless life. please help me out, I can't live a fake, downgraded life any more

Hello practo user I can understand the tough situation you are currently going through in your life . It seems that there might have been some unhealthy childhood conditioning and negative past experiences which are contributing to your negative outlook towards yourself , others and the world . Avoiding relatives and people can make your situation even more difficult as isolating oneself will increase the negative thoughts . You can try and find hobbies which can be done with your friends or family members , start engaging in small conversations with people around you . Try and write a thought journal on a daily basis to get a better perspective about the things that are bothering you and write a few things positive which happen during the day . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for an indepth analysis of your case and proper diagnosis to help you learn positive coping strategies and skills which will benefit you and help you get out if this troubling situation . You can also get in touch with me through the practo app for any further help or guidance
