I have 42 days over form my last period but negative result in pregnancy test I have one miscarriage also plz reply me

Consult to gynecologist and get done ultrasonography for pcod.Even after one pregnancy it can happened means hormonal imbalance.Also get done tsh level and haemoglobin percentage.
