Hi, I have been thinking that I have some kind of disease in my body even if I get a small problem. This is building more and more. I am not getting a positive feeling that I am good and I dont have any problem. Sometimes I think too much that I do not get sleep. Please help.

One needs to be realistic and not make exaggerated conclusions about the symptoms. Best is too get a medical check up done to rule out any health problems.
