Hello. I am suffering from negative thougts which is making me unhappy and feeling some fear in me can anyone suggest me which is the best therapy do i need to take without medication ?? Plz suggest me Thank you..

I think u are going through a tough time.But one thing u must know that u have to keep fighting and keep faith in your self,only then a good happy morning is await for you. Dont escape from ur problems or ur negative points.Face then and make them ur motivation to fight. Keep ur self confidence high. If you need professional help then consult psychologist or else me online for counselling sessions by which u can learn how to deal with it. Consult psychologist and he will decide after proper know ur case that what therapy u need. I think psychiatrist help is not necessary now.Now u can consult simultaneously with a homoeopathic physician because homoeopathic medicine has fine results in such cases.

for overall health 1.sleep 8 hrs at night. 2.avoid too much social media. 3.avoid too much use of mobile pc laptop. 4.avoid mobile pc 1hr before sleep. 5.before sleep may hear good music,or read a good book or  can watch a good movie. 6.workout daily or regular morning walk or join gym. 7.Share ur thoughts with ur parents or good friends. 8.Concentrate on ur work,study,passion, hobby. 9.Maintain proper diet. 10.Take proper protein supplement and some time multivitamines.
