Negative thoughts that i made into reali
I've been experiencing severe panic attacls because of my negative thoughts and i start to obssed on my thoughts that iaybe forget how to breathe , ithat i don't want to coz i can't .. Almost everydayike this. Feels like in dissociate from others.. Sea like no where to go..
