It's not nerve it's vein We called this as varicose vein There is a grade for that Don't worry It's not the sever in ur case But yes if u not take care now It will cause problem So If possible do as a said Elevate ur leg while u slp in night keep the pillow in ur leg If possible if u are standing for 1 hour Take 15 min rest in between Varicose stoking I m not telling u to use now But we might Ok
