Nerve compression in spine

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I've uploaded MRI examination report of my dorsal spine.The doctor whom I've been consulting with said that immediate surgery is required to avoid further damage.Just to have a second opinion,Do I really need a surgery?? plz suggest alternatives if there is any.
