It may be a jaw joint problem,,see a dentist asap,,avoid chewing hard food,,do moist heat fomentation by squeezing a towel in warm water and putting on the jaw joint 3-4 times daily.

Sir it might be due to tmj problem the sound as well as pain so kindly meet your dentist as soon as possible
