Hello, I'm glad you've worked through the issue and it has helped. However, often times we yet signals from our body when some aspect remains un addressed. In your case, the unwanted thoughts and nervousness (ofcourse, they could also be side effects of the medicine)
Next Steps
I suggest talking to a psychotherapist and/or trained counsellor who can look into the nature of the issue and provide to with insight and the tools required to effectively cope with it.
Health Tips
When you talk about various life events and/or past trauma to a counsellor you are also able to look at your own story with a new lens or different perspective.

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety is overwhelming, consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.
