Neural tube defect

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Level 2 scan doesn't show any defect in brain and spine, but quad screening done 2 weeks prior to anomaly scan showed high AFP and thus high risk for NTD. Doctor has not considered the quad screening results seriously after normal level 2 scan reports. So am I on safer side?
