Csf leak to 42 yr old lady.after puting some medicine in nose the leaksge dosent stop so dr putted a external csf drainage on back. is this correct procedure???? i m afraid that will it get cured or not???? please help me.

csf leak is a critical situation and it may lead to brain fever some times..so it has to be investigated properly and the defect should be identified and it should be closed by a endoscopic procedure ..
