New born baby Bilirubin Test.

Hi Doctors, My baby is just 7 days old. He is a premature 36wks +5 days baby. C section has been done. 2 round cord in neck in womb. On 2 ND day his bilirubin was 6 then on 5th days on Dr advise we have tested and it's 14.5. Dr said if it's more than 15 then it's very danger. Baby needs to admit. From last two days we have giving him vitamin d3 drops and kept him in morning sun shine for 30 mins. In my house near baby we have used 200 watts yellow bulb. For heat purpose. We will think to go for a another test by today evening. Please suggest me is 14.5 is in very dangerous Jone. His urine and hands are not showing yellow but in eyes if somebody really check then little bit yellow is showing. Please suggest me. Any how today I m going for a consultation.
