Newborn navel bleeding intermittently
Hi, Our son is 1 month old his navel has not healed completely and is bleeding sometimes. It seems to be protruding when he's crying. At times there's liquid discharge from the navel. As per our conversation with a pediatrician he suggested that we stop using diapers or any thing at all. No medication has been prescribed is this fine please suggest he's currently bottle and breast fed as per the peds suggestion. What should we do for the navel to heal quickly ?and is it common or it need special attention?
