Health Tips
You need to take more rest during the day to be available at night for your baby otherwise your sleep will be disturbed and you will become irritated leading to harmful stress hormones getting secreted in your Milk and making baby also irritable and sleepless, Most importantly you need to enjoy feeding your baby then baby will get all the happy and relaxing hormones through your milk to sleep fast and deep, that’s what you want, Remember breast feeding is the biggest and Top job mother can only do it..........many more untold benefits... not possible to describe here, this is just a glimpse....
