I have worked night shift since the last 18 years I have not had any issues the following things you can do.. 1. Exercise daily as soon as you come back from Office 5.00 am is perfect. 2. Eat small and many meals. 3. Take bath or wash up before you sleep. 4. Since you won't sleep at night it's essential that you sleep for atleast 8 hours. 5. Keep calm. 6. Don't take narcotics like cigarette or any such tobacco products. 7. Make sure your system is clean. Toilet is as important as eating. 8. Talk to a GP and take regular vitamins. 9. Don't shake your shift or routine too many times.
