Hi, i am 24 years old, male and in good health. I am travelling europe on the interail and have suddenly become sick. I have a sore throat and constant night sweats that happen everytime i fall asleep. (Around 5/6 times in the last 2 hours) what is wrong with me?

Hi, when we travel to long distances and change in environment sometimes our body lacks in adapting the environment so it gets immunologically and physically weak. So there are great chances of having infection like diarrhea, sore throat, fever etc.
