Ninth month pregnancy
My wife is 37 weeks pregnant , we already have a child aged 4yrs 11month . Last delivery was "forceb " . This time the foetus has single (amlycle cord ) , expected date of delivery as per our doctor is 4th january 2019 , and 13 january 2019 as per govt hospital doctor .
After few inspection our doc suggested that chance of cesarean/operated delivery are 99% , reasons she qoute are weight of the foetus , no pain yet , and reaffirm her stance after the ultrasound done yesterday ( 22/12/2018) . Ultradsound report attached , please check and suggest .

Examination of birth canal is very important... Sonography will not suggest any indication for section...previous forcep delivery suggest may be slight narrow birth canal at end... But doesn't Req elective section.. Definitely can do trial of labour if conditions permits
