Hi good morning Thnxs for your question I think u have local skin infection on ur nipple because of cotton and bandage. Don't apply any unhygienic things on it. Use local application like betadine or soframycin ointment. And wear lose bra. If pus comes out than drain it and than apply antiseptic ointment. For further assistance use my online consulting link so that we can discuss ur quary and advise you accordingly prac.to/drpanchani
