Nipple soreness and inflammation
I am breastfeeding 10 months old. Had sore nipple 6 days back and also heaviness. Heaviness relieved in 2 days but soreness not getting better. Doctor gave nip care ointment, felt little better. Now there is a stinging pain once he starts sucking and become normal after a while.. is it just a normal soreness or an infection? Baby feeds for long in night time and also bite at times, he doesn't have teeth though

Very common. You should have an anti inflammatory drug and continue feeding. Use Olive oil and aloe Vera gel mixed together when you are. not feeding.
Wipe with wet tissue and feed
