Please try following general treatment for hormonal regulation in Ayuveda
Dashmooladi Kwath 10 ml+ Chandraprabha vati 2 tabs
Ashwagandha 2 tabs + Shatavari 2 tabs twice a day
Ashwagandha Pak 10 gm with warm milk before bed at night.
