No control on her urination.
She has lost control on her urination. She urinates in the cloth before she reaches the toilet. Her BP with medication is under control. Her electrolytes are in place. She is not diabetic. She has short term memory loss and keeps repeating the same question every two minutes. Her intelligence is intact. She eats properly.
