I am 62,have high blood pressure for 15yrs,grade 1prostate,grade 1fatty liver for 3yrs . taking medicine. Now issue is I have no election for last 4months.what could be reason.

It could be because of long standing high blood pressure. It could also be because of age related decrease in the levels of testosterone
