Your USG might showing only GS but no Embryo. USG sometimes dose not detect embryo of less than 5 wks maturity, do repeat scan after 10-15 days for embryonic growth and cardiac activity, if you have no symptoms of abortion, continue medicines prescribed by your Gynaecologist, remain under Gynaecologist supervision.
