My hair volume has become very less and I think the reason for it is: I have been suffered for 1 month with Dengue n before 1 month of it, have been suffered for Typhoid n malaria.. So please suggest me gain my hair volume back

Thanks for the query. One month of hair fall usually relates to an acute cause or sometimes the beginning of a chronic cause. Your illness in preceding few months like typhoid, malaria explain hairfall. Are there any acute stressors, any unusual problems? If there are so, you may be having a condition called telogen effluvium, and usually settles in few months time even without any treatment. You should have a healthy diet and good sleep.
