No moons on my fingernails
I read somewhere that having no moons on fingernails means hypothyroid. I don't remember if I had any moons before but now I can't see any except on my right thumb. Please clarify.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. I haven't read anything like this anywhere. . If you still have some doubts, get your thyroid profile done. If you have any thyroid abnormalities, it will come in the reports. Consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
