No nausea and vomiting in pregnancy
Hello doctor, I'm 24 yrs old female and 4 weeks pregnant... I confirmed my pregnancy through blood test a week ago.. But I don't have vomiting or nausea.. No food cravings.. No other symptoms other than missed periods.. But I have an odorless white discharge.. Is it completely normal not experiencing any such symptoms? Am I undergoing a healthy pregnancy?

Yes, its perfectly normal. Some patients do not get any nausea or vomiting during entire pregnancy. Feel blessed. Regarding discharge: it is also seen normally in some patients. Having said that just be observant if the discharge becomes spurious or foul smelling or changes in colour. Do not worry. These are normal physiological changes during pregnancy.
Next Steps
Just continue with your normal diet, confirm your pregnancy with ultrasound and if meeting a gynaecologist in person, share your concerns with them.
Health Tips
Be cautious about the discharge as I stated above
