My friend...... I think you are worried much before you are diagnosed as sick! Hearsay and ill use of religion are the two aspects which have made our country crippled since ages. Hence forget abt wht othrs say! To b sure u must hv yourself checkd by blood examinations which are available free of cost in any ICTC clinic of any Govt hospital. If u wnt to spend on it then go for blood for VDRL, HIV, Anti HCV, abt 14-16 days later. Remember apart frm HIV (as AIDS is only a long term end disease) u cn hv other STDs likely more to be Hepatitis C, then B. Also Herpes genitalis. But being a responsible citizen of your nation u must use protection while coupling with unkwn persons (also if known).
Next Steps
Take medical advice immediately from any Govt. hospital or private practitioner
Health Tips
Keep courage, don't be ashamed,  don't ignore and be honest to yourself. Good luck
