No Period From 5 Month N Not pregnant

Hello Doctor, I am 27 yr old, height 5.5", weight 96kg I got no periods from last 5 month.. M not sexually active.. some time I get stomch cramps n back pain.. I am trying to lose weight but even reguler exercise n healthy diet won't work on me. Male pattern hair loss n extra hair growth on chin.. neck area skin is getting darker, also due to work m in stress all the time.. Lately I don't know how to control my anger.. Ps. I am going thru very rough time financially so looking for Pocketfriendly Treatment To get my periods regular my doctor gave me Crenina 15mg tablet .. I took 6 month course.. after that my doctor told me you will get regular period.. Thank you.
