I am 41 no kids, I have a large cyst on my left ovary. I have not had a period in over a month, took a pregnancy test and it was negative.

Please get this cyst investigated. It can be dangerous.  Do a CA 125 test and MRI of abdomen. If it is suspicious,  get it operated.
