  4. No period, not pregnant, pains. An std.

No period, not pregnant, pains
I am over three weeks late and I have a normal regular cycle, I have taken multiple tests each of them being negative, I am suffering with pains in my lower abdomen, I previously had ovarian cysts but when last checked they were gone. I know for certain that it is not an STD.
