Today my maid told me her daughter after her first delivery went for injection to stop further pregnancy.
After that injection she did not had her periods and it has been 2 years she were never on her periods for the said time.
Please help me with the same

If Inj DMPA were taken regularly every 12 weeks, then the first few cycles will come irregularly, sometimes heavy also. After few cycles, they may not get periods. Even if injections are stopped later, it might take average 9 months for the cycles to restart.
If injections were not taken after that, then pregnancy to be ruled out.
Ultrasound pelvis to be done.
