No periods after intercourse

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I used to have regular periods 28-32days and sometimes 35. My last cycle was 45 days and I had my first intercourse on 24th day. I think the condom failed so I consumed i-pill around 45-46 hours after intercourse. My last period started on 3rd Feb and till now there is no sign of periods. I feel tired, sleepy. I m eating more than before. I had throat infection, cold and fever after intercourse. I m worried. Am I pregnant?
