Asked for Female, 21 Years

I am 21 years old. My uterus size is small. I do not get periods. I get periods only after taking progesterone estrogen combination tablets. I do not understand why does period not come ? I am worried of the side effects caused by hormonal drugs Is it necessary to have periods. What if i donot want pregnancy

After consulting to gynecologist regularise the period with oral contraceptive pill.Get done basic hormones level means after taking tablet getting period means some problem in pituitary .
