Ur baby is 3 months and having problem of constipation
Ist of all if BC babys is not passing motion for 4-4,5-5 days then also no broblem
Give importance to urine
Baby should pass urine atleast 6-8 time /day
Some baby have constipation bcz of mixed feed (power +breast feed)
If baby continue with same broblem for next 1-2months then we should start one drop
For constipation
But for now No medication.
