Hello sir
4 days back in the morning when i got up, i got a sneeze and mucus came in my mouth ,when i spat it ,i saw the mucus was all blood.I never had mucus with blood again. I am not facing any kind of problem yet. But i searched google and it says it should not be ignored. So here i am asking your advice. What should i do? Or should i ignore it? I am 20 years old. Fit and healthy. Around 25 days ago i had cold and cough which lasted 4-5 days. Is this related to that cold cough i had earlier?

Bleeding should not be ignored..there must be some pathology behind it..as per your description you might have rhinosinusitis. Visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
