No response in calling name
My son's age is 2.6 year, he doesn't response to his name. His eye contact is also not good (only 30-40%). He is hyperactive. He do the potty in standing position. He love to watch rhymes. He can count 1-10 and also recognised every digit. In parking area, he read every car's numbers. He quickly response when we say "chanda mama", " dudh", etc. He also love our touch. If he require anything then he bring us to there. Please doctor suggest what we should do.

Hi! Reduce the screen time , it should not be more than 1 hour per day. Needs Developmental assessment. Regarding vomitings detailed history is required. If child is gaining weight well nothing emergency to worry about vomits. Pls get detailed assessment by pediatrician
