Are there other symptoms as well such as loss of interest , Appetite etc? You should go for psychologist evaluation even if there is only sleep related issue you are facing you can opt for psychologist consultation who will provide you therapies to fix ur sleep cycle.
Also try to avoid taking any nap in day time, don't sit on ur bed in day time, if you are not falling asleep with in 30 min after lying down get up n go to different room n read something, avoid using fon after 7-8 pm, don't take heavy dinner after 8 pm also avoid liquids in night . Take care
