Dear doctor, I m 2 week pregnant..in early days I found symptoms like , tiredness, little pain in abdomen and CONSTIPATION problems. But now all my symptoms gone... I m feeling like I m complelty normal...plz tell me is there any about to worry ??? M very much tensed :( plzzz help me !!!n
