I don't have cornea in my right eye. Do I come under persons with disability . If yes then how much percentage

If your other eye is normal then you don't come under the category of visually impaired for getting benefits under the scheme for visually handicapped.

There are different percentages for one eye blind with and without disfigurement . You will have to get a certificate from a Govt. Hospital eye dept. Maskatieyeclinic Opposite Charni road station east, Mumbai
