My dad had a bypass surgery one n a half month back. After 15 days of surgery, some pus started coming out from the lowest point of bypass cut alongwith high fevel n shivering.
On examining the pus culture, nocardiosis is detected.
Now the fever is not there and also pus is gradually reducing. The chest xray report is normal. But still the pus culture shows nocardiosis.
Right now on antibiotics which dr has told to continue for 7 more days
Please advise what to do
