Normal pressure hydrocephalus
63/M, diabetic, hypertensive, NPH with arachnoid cysts ,didn't take any T/t, now lost gripping of hand, what is the approach? Any conservative T/t other than VP shunt?

Kindly keep the scans. If it is arachnoid cyst where it is located, how big it is, does it require only vp shunt or cystopertineal shunt that we have to decide after looking to scans. Thank you

No conservative treatment.vp shunt only.tab diamox is also used but has side effects. Vo shunt has an upperhand
