I got a sore throat and my nose started watering. Any medicines for quick relief and prevent from further aggravation of the cold?

You can take tablet Alerid one, once at night for five days. Do warm saline gargles daily. Take paracetamol if you have bodyache sos. In case you don't feel better by the fourth day, see a doctor.
