Hi, I am having a nosebleed twice in a week when I haven't had a nosebleed in over 10 years. I am in a humid climate so dryness is not an issue. Should I be concerned and visit a doctor?

Recurrent epistaxis could mean either repeated trauma with nails when you pick your nose. Or some underlying problem also. So first try to avoid trauma and let the skin inside the nose heal. If still persistent then meet a specialist nearby
