Nose bleed
My son, 19 years had a nose bleed (few drops) ten days back and again got it second time. so doctor said to take CT Scan (CT PNS Axial coronal and sagittal). we were told that the right side bone in the nose is not straight and its a curve like shape. i.e y when any allergy is affected the nose bleeds. Also the adenal glands are still visible

Bleeding from nose in children is common and it occurs usually because of septal ulceration and infection of the nose. It is unlikely to be related to deviated nasal septum or adenoid hypertrophy
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
