Dear, i am 24 years old. 4 days back i suffered from normal fever. After a day the fever was cured by medicine. But that day to till nose bleeding is happening with blood clots. Want to know reason behind this

Plz get CBC blood test done. Fever if viral can decrease the platelets. Hope u did note take aspirin for fever
