Nose bleeding due to high BP
My grandfather's nose starts bleeding in morning 3AM and after that we went to one DR. he said that Due to high blood pressure the nose vein got broked so he dressed that vein with some solution. Now after that from other side of nose bleedimg again sarted, can you please assist there is no dr. Available over here.

Your grandfather seems to be having hypertensive epistaxis which is bleeding from nose because of increased blood pressure. Once the blood pressure is under control it usually stops. If bleeding is persistent then he may need to undergo chemical cautery or electro cautery of the bleeding spot
