From last 4 days my nose is bleeding whenever i blow out nose for clearing and lot of pain is there .

You seem to be having ulceration of the nasal septum with infection. Usually this causes recurrent attacks of bleeding. Frequent nose picking is the commonest cause for this problem. You may need to apply antibiotic ointment to the ulcerated area and take painkillers as required
