Hi doctor I am having my nose blocked what should I do if I don't stop it it can cause fever or cold

Nose block lasting for few days can be due to acute viral infection such as acute rhinitis. You may need to use simple over the counter anti cold medicines with decongestant nasal drops for few days for faster recovery
