Difficulty in breathing and running nose is due to the nose blockade caused by the cold.

I would suggest you to visit an ent specialist doctor and get him examined properly and then take proper treatment accordingly.

Breathing difficulty in infant, lower respiratory tract infection should be ruled out.. need physical check up for proper assessment.. visit a pediatrician for proper assessment and treatment..
